FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
How long is the concert?
The concert will last approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early.
What does "per computer" mean for ticketing?
“Per computer” means that we only charge per device, similar to charging “per car” at a drive-in movie theater! Feel free to have as many friends as you want on the one computer – bring a date, your family, your friends, and more. The more the merrier!
is there a dress code?
Usually for classical music concerts, you should dress nicely. However, for Quest Concerts, you are welcome to dress in whatever you’d like! Pajamas and evening gowns are both welcome.
do i need any prior knowledge?
Definitely not! This concert is designed like an escape room where you don’t need any knowledge prior to attending. You’ll be able to solve all clues with the information given.
do you have discount codes?
Occasionally, we have special offers and discounts. Sign up for our email list to be notified when tickets go on sale and when we have special promotions!
how do i get a group discount?
For groups of 3 and groups of 10+, we have special discounts. Tickets will be automatically discounted at checkout if you purchase altogether.
Groups of 3: “Family Pack” $135
Groups of 10: “Reunion Pack” $400
is there a school discount?
Yes! We work with schools and educational institutions to bring a private concert to your students as a “virtual field trip”. Our packages start with 25 tickets. Contact Sumina Studer, our Director of Artistic Development for pricing information.
what device(s) should i use?
We recommend that you use a computer for the Zoom call and if possible, stream it to a TV or larger device. Complete the clue portion on the same computer or use a phone or tablet.
do you have wifi requirements?
We do not have official WiFi requirements but we recommend that your WiFi speeds be at least 50 mbps download and 10 mbps upload. If possible, connect to ethernet for the fastest connection. We are not able to refund you if you miss portions of the concert due to the poor WiFi.
will i actually get stuck if i don't finish?
Absolutely not. If the timer runs out, you will be directed back to the main room for the next performance. You are welcome to continue working on the puzzles during the next performance or just wait and move on to the next room. The gamemaster will be able to send you the next room link if you don’t reach the link on your own.
what happens if i finish early?
If you complete the clues and escape the room before the time is up, come back to the main room and hang out with the performer! They will have an informal session where you can ask questions about the music, about their experience, and anything else you’d like. We will have a leaderboard for the fastest times.
do you have prizes?
Unfortunately, no, we do not have prizes. In the future, we may give discount codes to the group with the fastest time for a future concert!
what is your refund policy?
Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 3 – 6 days will incur a 20% fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours to the event will incur a 30% fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of the event will not be refunded. You may not transfer the ticket to another patron; make sure you put the correct name on the purchase order.
You may transfer event dates at any time.
In the event of a cancellation by Quest Concerts, you will be offered a refund or a date exchange at no cost.
how do i know what's being performed?
You will receive a program with information about the performers and the music being played upon entering the Zoom room. You may download the program, if you wish.
will i be put in the same room as my date?
Definitely! If tickets are purchased together, you will be automatically assigned to the same room. If tickets are purchased separately, please put the name of the other person(s) at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate. Groups larger than 3 who do not purchase tickets together will not be guaranteed to be together, but we will always do our best to put those groups together.
